1. Return Conditions
Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, you can return it under the following conditions:
The product must be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt.
The product must be in its original packaging, unused and in salable condition.
The original invoice must be presented together with the product to be returned.
2. Return Process
To initiate the return process, please follow these steps:

Return Confirmation: Once your return request is approved, we will send you an email with the return number and instructions.
Send the Product: Send the product in its original packaging and with its invoice, along with the return number, to the address we specify.
3. Non-Returnable Products
The following products cannot be returned:
Used or damaged products.
Products that are custom-made or modified.
Discounted items (some exceptions may apply).
